The “Information Empowering Waste-Free Urban Governance” Forum will be held at the Beijing National Convention Center on September 4 during the “Service Trade Fair”

Under the theme of “Digital Smart Governance for Waste-free Cities”, the forum focused on the topics of information empowerment for “waste-free cities”, digital assistance for traditional industries to reduce pollution and carbon emission, digital officialship for green consumption, etc. representatives from the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Beijing Municipal Government and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in China were invited to present at the event. It is expected that a large number of experts and scholars from relevant research institutions, representatives of multinational companies, representatives of key industries and the media representatives will attend the conference.
