February 3, 2023

Beijing Environmental Sanitation Group is a large-scale state-owned enterprise supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Beijing Municipality. It has long been committed to environmental sanitation management fields such as urban and rural public space cleaning services, solid waste collection and transportation, solid waste treatment and utilization, environmental sanitation equipment manufacturing, environmental sanitation technology research and development and consulting services, and has formed a complete environmental sanitation industry chain, with 72 years of environmental sanitation operation experience and 30 years of garbage harmless treatment experience.

  • About 15000 sets of mechanized equipment
  • Daily garbage treatment capacity exceeds 28000 tons
  • The cleaning area exceeds 570 million square meters
  • More than 2000 professional and technical personnel

Demonstration project:

Nangong Solid Waste Treatment Center

Nangong Waste Biofertilizer Plant is located in Yinghai Town, Daxing District, with a total area of 6.6 hectares and a current treatment capacity of 2300 tons per day. It was officially put into operation on December 8, 1998.
The process technology of Nangong waste bacterial fertilizer plant adopts the tunnel type high temperature aerobic composting fermentation technology. The sorted domestic waste transported from the transfer station is measured and weighed, and then discharged into the waste buffer pool; After magnetic separation and drum screening, the original waste transferred by Daxing will enter the waste buffer pool with the size of less than 80mm, and the waste with the size of more than 80mm will be transferred to the Anding landfill after being compressed by the compression station. After the garbage is buffered in the silo (≤ 3 days), it will be loaded by the crown block grab, and then transported to the distributor through the belt conveyor (foreign biological bacteria will be added during the transportation), and then the distributor will carry out the forced fermentation silo distribution.
After the distribution is completed, a 7-day forced ventilation fermentation stage will be carried out. The central control room will control the temperature, humidity, oxygen content and other parameters in the fermentation bin through the process computer to ensure the garbage fermentation effect. After the completion of the tunnel fermentation stage, the material will be discharged by the loader and sent to the crusher. The crushed material will directly enter the drum screen, which will be divided into two parts greater than 25mm and less than 25mm. Wastes larger than 25mm are transported to Anding Landfill for landfill; Materials less than 25mm are directly transferred to the post-ripening platform. In the post-ripening area, the waste is forced to be ventilated, and the materials after 20 days of oxygen-enriched ripening are screened into fine compost of less than 7 mm and coarse compost of 7-25 mm.
The composting process of Nangong waste bacterial fertilizer plant is conducted in a fully closed manner. After the odor is collected uniformly, two biological deodorization towers and another chemical deodorization tower are used for treatment. The leachate and domestic sewage generated during composting process are used for garbage spraying, and the remaining leachate and domestic sewage enter the new leachate treatment system together. Anti-seepage treatment has been carried out at the bottom and around the waste temporary storage tank and leachate collection tank. Anti-seepage treatment and leachate drainage system have been installed at the bottom of the waste fermentation workshop, waste fermentation tunnel and waste curing platform, effectively preventing pollution of underground water sources.

Assuwei Circular Economy Park Project

The Assuwei Circular Economy Park project is located at the junction of Baishan Town and Xiaotangshan Town, Changping District, Beijing. The total area of the park is about 135 hectares, and the service area is the north area of the east and west urban areas and the whole area of Changping District. The construction content of the project includes a 3000-ton/day domestic waste incineration power plant, a 3000-ton/day aged waste screening plant, a 1200-ton/day residue landfill, and a 850-ton/day waste leachate treatment station. The total investment of the project is about 3.15 billion yuan.

Asuwei Landfill

Assuwei Landfill is affiliated to Beijing Environmental Sanitation Group – Solid Waste Treatment Co., Ltd., located in Xiaotangshan Town, Changping District, Beijing. The landfill was completed in 1994 and put into operation on December 26, 1994. It is the first large garbage landfill in Beijing that meets the international health standards. The landfill covers a total area of 60.4 hectares, with a total landfill area of 42.8 hectares, a design landfill capacity of 11.91 million cubic meters, and a design daily treatment capacity of 2000 tons. At present, the daily entry volume of garbage is nearly 5000 tons. It undertakes the treatment task of some domestic garbage in Dongcheng District, Xicheng District, Changping District and Chaoyang District of Beijing.
The leachate adopts A2O+MBR+NF (nanofiltration) technology, with a designed daily treatment capacity of 600 tons/day. There are two main methods for landfill gas treatment: one is to collect and ignite the area with small gas production, which can use the heat generated by part of the ignited gas to heat the site and provide hot water for the bathroom; The other is biogas power generation, with a design treatment capacity of 3200 m3/h. There are two sets of deodorization applied to the leachate treatment system: one is the deodorization in the reverse osmosis workshop, which uses chemical and biological agents for deodorization, and the equipment operates 24 hours; The second set is the biological filter system of the regulating tank. The system uses the method of biodegradation of odor to achieve the purpose of deodorization. There are two methods to deodorize the landfill area: spraying biological deodorization when the air is wet, and using plant liquid to deodorize when the weather is dry; Use the special deodorization vehicle to carry out deodorization at fixed time and fixed point, and adjust the deodorization intensity in key parts and low atmospheric pressure weather. A protective net with a length of more than 700 meters and a height of 6 meters is set in the downwind direction to effectively intercept the flying of light garbage at the moment of unloading. Every year, an external qualified department is entrusted to regularly inspect the atmosphere, leachate, noise and groundwater at the plant boundary.
